Can Uniouter handle small-batch or mixed-style orders?

Yes. UniOuter is built to handle small trial orders, mixed-style production and long-term large-scale manufacturing, which is unusual for a factory of our size.

What we support:

  • Small trial orders: from 300-500 pieces per style and colour, with lower entry points possible in core fabrics held in stock.
  • Mixed-style production: several styles in one order, useful for launching a range or testing demand before committing to volume.
  • Colour combination: multiple colourways of the same style can often be combined into one production run to reach the minimum efficiently.
  • Repeat and replenishment orders: small top-up orders for fast-moving styles, using patterns and materials already on file.
  • Split shipments: delivery can be phased so stock arrives as you need it rather than all at once.
  • Scale-up path: the same specification can move from a trial quantity to a full container run without re-development.

For trading companies in particular this flexibility reduces inventory pressure and market risk, because one order can cover several client requests at once.

Two practical consequences for buyers. First, a mixed order spreads your risk across several styles instead of concentrating it in one bet. Second, because patterns, fabrics and specifications stay on file after a trial run, scaling a winner up to a full container does not require re-development or a second sampling round. That means you can test cheaply and scale quickly without changing supplier.
