• Colour and fabric: Pantone colour matching plus fabric recommendation based on your target climate, activity and price point.
• Functional features: waterproof and breathable membranes, sealed seams, ventilation, flame retardancy, high visibility, anti-static and antibacterial finishes.
• Sizing and fit: standard international charts or your own grading, including tall, plus and children's sizes.

Development starts from 300-500 pieces per style and colour, and we protect your designs with an NDA on request. Rough sketches and reference photos are enough to begin.

Most brand projects start with a paid sample round: we turn your concept into a physical garment, you review fit and finish, and only then do we lock the specification for bulk. That way your design investment stays small until you are confident in the style.
