How do you ensure product quality and consistency?

UniOuter integrates fabric sourcing, design and manufacturing under one system, so specifications are locked in rather than re-negotiated between separate suppliers. Quality is controlled at multiple stages:

  • Incoming material inspection: every batch of fabric and trim is checked for weight, colour consistency, shrinkage and defects before cutting.
  • Sample approval: a pre-production sample is approved by you against the agreed specification before bulk production starts.
  • In-process QC: cutting precision, stitch density, seam strength, seam taping integrity, zipper function and printing or embroidery quality are monitored on the line.
  • Final inspection: a random final inspection to AQL 2.5 before shipment.
  • Third-party inspection: SGS, BV or Intertek can be arranged at your request.
  • Functional testing: waterproofness, windproofness, breathability, tear strength and colour fastness are tested against your specification, with test reports available.

Core fabrics and trims are held in safety stock so repeat orders use identical materials, and QC documentation keeps every batch traceable against your standard.

Two structural advantages support this. First, because the fabric mill and the garment factory belong to the same group, material specifications can be verified at source rather than trusted on a supplier's word. Second, the same QC team follows an order from sampling through to shipping, so knowledge of your standard is not lost between batches.
