What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the main payment methods used in international B2B trade, and the exact terms are confirmed in writing on the proforma invoice before production starts.

Accepted methods:

  • T/T bank transfer: the most common option, typically structured as a deposit at order confirmation with the balance settled before shipment. Specific ratios depend on order size, product type and whether we have worked together before.
  • L/C at sight: letter of credit through your bank, suitable for larger orders and for buyers who need bank-level security.
  • Negotiated terms: long-term and repeat clients can discuss more flexible schedules based on order volume and payment history.

Practical points to note:

  • Quotations are normally issued in USD or EUR, and other currencies can be discussed.
  • Payment milestones are tied to production milestones, so you always know what you are paying for.
  • All amounts, terms and bank details are stated on the proforma invoice and the sales contract.

Please tell us your preferred method at the enquiry stage so we can quote on the right basis. If your company has a standard payment policy, send it to us and we will confirm whether it can be accommodated before you place an order.
